After we connect and confirm availability, your session date will be officially secured once the $150 booking retainer is received. This ensures dedicated time and care for each project.

Important Details

Before booking your Personal Session, please review the details below, they help ensure a smooth experience and aligned expectations.

  • Date Reservation: A $100 retainer is required to reserve your session date. Dates are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the retainer is received. The retainer is non-refundable in case of cancellation and is applied toward your total. 
  • Online Gallery & Delivery: After your session, you’ll receive an online proofing gallery to view your images. Final gallery delivery is typically within 2 weeks, and your high-resolution files will be available for download through the gallery link. 
  • Choosing Images: Your collection includes a set number of final images based on the option selected. Additional images may be available for purchase if you’d like more than what’s included. 
  • Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, late arrival reduces your session time. 
  • Travel Fees: Sessions held outside Miami-Dade County include a $35 travel fee. Longer-distance travel may require additional expenses (discussed in advance). 
  • Weather: For outdoor sessions with bad weather, we’ll decide together whether to reschedule or adjust the plan based on availability. 
  • For groups over six, a $35 per person fee applies. 
  • Editing: All final images include professional editing (light, color, and subtle skin retouching). Additional retouching may be available for an extra fee. Body shape/facial features are not altered to keep results natural. 
  • By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms

  • A $150 booking retainer is required to secure your session date and is non-refundable. Session dates are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the retainer is received, allowing time for pre-production planning. reservation and allows for pre-production planning.
  • All sessions include a pre-production call, on-site photography, professional editing, and high-resolution digital image delivery. The Restaurant Session includes 20–40 final images, with the option to purchase additional images separately.
  • Please note that styling elements, including props, tableware, décor, and food presentation, are the responsibility of the client. Food styling is not included.
  • On the day of the shoot, access to nearby power outlets is required for lighting equipment. Image previews are shared during the session to ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Final edited images are delivered within one week. Minor adjustments can be requested after delivery; additional retouching may incur extra fees.

  • Bringing Someone: You may bring one support person (not photographed). For additional people, the participant limit depends on your collection. For groups over six, a $35 per person fee applies.
