More than simple food photography, this collection delivers images that support your restaurant’s presence across menus, websites, social media, and marketing materials, helping communicate flavor, mood, and identity through thoughtful imagery.

This experience is designed to be smooth, well-organized, and transparent, so you can feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Here’s what to expect from your Restaurant Session:

One

Book & Confirmation

To reserve your session date, a $150 retainer is required. Once the deposit is received, your shoot is officially scheduled and confirmed.

Two

Pre-production Call

Before the shoot, we schedule a one-on-one call to align visual references, creative direction, and expectations. This step helps ensure the session flows smoothly and reflects the identity of your restaurant.

Three

Shoot Day

All styling elements — such as plates, glassware, table linens, and décor — should be provided by the restaurant, allowing the visuals to stay true to your brand.

On the day of the shoot, access to nearby power outlets is needed for lighting equipment. During the session, you’ll be able to preview some final images on site, ensuring everything looks exactly as expected.

Four

Editing & Delivery

Final images are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution within one week. Your files will be ready to use across menus, websites, social media, and marketing materials.

A $150 retainer is required to secure your session date. Once the deposit is received, your shoot is officially scheduled. The retainer is non-refundable and guarantees the reserved date and pre-production planning.

The session includes a pre-production call, on-site photography, image previews during the shoot, professional editing, and high-resolution final files delivered digitally.

For Restaurant Sessions, delivery typically ranges between 20–40 edited images.

All styling elements including plates, glassware, table linens, food presentation, and décor, are provided by the client to ensure the visuals reflect the restaurant’s brand. 

Food styling is not included. However, creative direction and framing guidance are provided during the session.

Access to nearby power outlets is required for lighting equipment. A prepared space and styled dishes help ensure a smooth and efficient session.

Minor adjustments can be requested after delivery. Extensive retouching or additional edits may require an extra fee.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Sessions held beyond Miami-Dade County include a $35 travel fee to help cover travel time and care. For sessions requiring longer-distance travel, additional expenses such as lodging. All details are discussed in advance.

Within up 7 days, you will receive a link to your online proofing gallery, where you can review and select your images. Once your selections are finalized, a new link will be provided for downloading your high-resolution files.

  • Choosing Images: Your collection includes a set number of final images based on the option selected. Additional images may be available for purchase if you’d like more than what’s included. 
  • Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, late arrival reduces your session time. 
  • Travel Fees: Sessions held outside Miami-Dade County include a $35 travel fee. Longer-distance travel may require additional expenses (discussed in advance). 
  • Weather: For outdoor sessions with bad weather, we’ll decide together whether to reschedule or adjust the plan based on availability. 
  • For groups over six, a $35 per person fee applies. 
  • Editing: All final images include professional editing (light, color, and subtle skin retouching). Additional retouching may be available for an extra fee. Body shape/facial features are not altered to keep results natural.
